I'm sure that I have a lot of pent up anger from when I lost my job, but that was months ago and I found a good job right away. I certainly have a lot of stress in my life, but I've had that for years now, so I wouldn't think that was it. But who knows.

I beginning to think my throat issues may be more of an acid thing now. It is certainly starting to feel that way. I also seem to have quite a bit of gas now. Belching actually gives me some temporary relief, whereas before the flushes it did not good whatsoever. I find that eating takes away all pain, at least for a little while.

I will keep flushing. This time I'll wait two weeks or so to let the old stones migrate to the front of the liver before I do my next flush. My last one, while very effective, was a bit too close to the first. I didn't have much choice due to the pain I was in, but I think it dehydrated me pretty good. The next day was pretty rough.
