I hope this works for other people. I currently have a guy I work with who is getting his father on this. His father has glicoma(spelling??) and cateracs. I did not find out the exact doses because I dont remember. But I will make a phone call and find out exactly, and let everyone know as soon as I find out. I said max doses for 5 out of 6 because I remember that one of the vitamines could be toxic if too much was taken. It was either zinc, or vitamine E I believe. The excess from what I found out will just be passed by the body. Vitamine C can be taken till you have diarria, and then back off alittle to stop the diarria. Then youll now your getting the max dose of that.
