Yes, you should browse through old posts in these parasite forums. The general idea is there is no harm in doing a parasite cleanse (even if one is not sure they have parasites, which almost everyone does). In your case, you should definitely do one!
After the parasites cleanse you might consider the liver cleanse, for your allergies, and of course the bowel cleanse, etc...
The most important thing is to get started with your parasite cleanse. At the very worst, nothing will happen, but I doubt that is the result in your case. Hope it all works out!
