Laura...You know what I find? As soon as I tell any of my guy friends or family about my boyfriend taking the b&p's while eating normally and healthily and....eliminating a shiny 1974 penny that he swallowed when he was a child - they all think it's terrific and want to start cleansing right away! ha.

Funny...we pulled the 1974 penny out the other day and it is completely dark now - just like other old pennies! Didn't take long, I tell you! It came out shiny shiny NEW back in December - now it's dark. Coooooo-el!

I don't know...but I just think that penny story is such proof that those b&p's REALLY scrub you out! Imagine that? Where in the world was that penny hiding and how did that strange psyllium and Bentonite get it out? OOOoooooh magic!
