Interesting flush Ain! The rice-shaped small things you got out almost sound parasite egg-ish..only they were really dark, so I just don't know! As we say here: better out than in!

Yes, doing the flush mid MC/B&P/PC can be a little draining...make sure you get LOTS of lemonade today, just to make sure you're getting enough nutrients...and the same with the water intake. You want to get fully hydrated again...seeing as the Epsom Salts really dehydrate you..and you need all that hydration because the b&p's are going to absorb lots too! whew.

That's great that you're getting out some mucoid plaque! It comes in all shapes and sizes...it's good it's starting to come. Keep us posted on what happens next. Take it easy today and be good to yourself. Glad you got out some chaff and other ickies....
