Re: Support and Advice

Hi Gib,

You definitely sound like a classic case and yes all of us here share your pain. I myself have been dealing with AF for almost 2 years now and I'm still short of 100%. Your plan is solid and it seems that you've done your homework, however it's still is advisable to seek the help of a qualified and knowledgeable health care practitioner. I attempted to go it alone for almost 1 year and although I did make some progress, it wasn't until I actually sought the help of a good ND that I really made some leaps and bounds.

Good luck and remember that you are at the beginning of a very long journey and because you more than likely did not get sick overnight, you also will not heal that way either. Have faith, patience and perseverance and you will slowly start to become normal once again. I too still occasionally experience the head trips and unstable emotions, but just keep telling yourself that this is physical not mental! I don't like to think of myself as sick, just temporarily injured.

James
