Hypothesis for cause of failed 1st attempt

Hello,
I have no idea what caused my failed first attempt yesterday but I have a hypothesis and would like feedback. I have been on an EXTREMELY low fat diet because of discomfort in the gall bladder when fat is eaten. My hypotesis is that perhaps the gall bladder just absorbed the olive oil and said, "thank you for finally supplying some fat." Maybe the flush didn't work because there was no EXCESS fat to cause the reaction since my body so desperately needed the oil. ???

Any opinions? Should I try it again next weekend?
