Neal, that's why I did the
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) when I got home from work in the afternoon. There is no way I could get up early enough to make my 45 min. commute one way and stay near a toilet for at least an hr. So I improvised...First thing in the am =, drink tea...while getting ready and in the car on the way to work drink 20
oz of lemonade..11 to 11:30 20
oz of lemonade, 2 or 2:30 If hungry I drink another 20
oz of lemonade...When I get home at 5 or so, I just chug down warm
Sea Salt water..I just fill a 2 litre bottle halfway and shake up with the salt and get it down as fast as I can. Believe me it doesn't stay in you very long..At 6 to 7 I drink another 20 oz of lemoade..at 9:30 pm I drink a hot cup of smooth move and go to bed..
I find if I stay with my routine, I do much better..
