I've been sooo waiting for a response. I think I'm going to squeeze in an enema today. Just got a bit out and a fairly light brown with some red slime in it. I am so encouraged by how I feel. It's the next day that I'm so nauseous must be the toxins that get released. As for the chocolate....I usually don't like chocolate but I like white chocolate so I talked myselt into a little dark as I thought it would be better than the milk...I'm totally milk intolerant. Anyway, it doesn't appear to be coming through yet! I'll keep you posted LOL!
