J.Crow’s® Lugol’s Iodine Solution. Restore lost reserves.

1 cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon and or 2 capsuls cayenne pepper
12 cups spring water or purified

i was givin this recipe but not sure if its right she has the right up on th mc can someone tell me if i am doing thid right?
