You can find messages and testimonials from others and
what happend to people who chose the recommended
drug, interferon and ribavirin. Not a pretty picture.
He should be informed of what can happen with this drug.

It is a 'black box' FDA drug with a zillion side effects.
Some don't go away after you stop taking it. Some
people die. IMO, herbs and supplements are the way

You have to look everywhere. There is very little info,
and no doctor is an expert on hepatits C. No one is.
It's hit and miss. The fellows selling herbs are about the
closest you'll come to experts as they see all different
reactions from people all over the world and of all
genotypes. Herb's don't seem to care what genotype
you are, they will help you regardless.
