It is true, this condition is genetically induced, but varies in severity due to a varied number of influences. A balanced sleeping habit is most important. Bedtime should be no later than 10 p.m. A stressful lifestyle can have a very detrimental effect on this form of muscular dystrophy. Meditation, Yoga, breathing excercises and a balanced diet (see The Key to Health and Rejuvenation) make a big difference. Supplements have litte or no effect.
