Stop taking psyllium husk for the time being. It doesn't work with some people, actually bungs you up. I don't understand why exactly but Shelley is very good on this one (Askshelley.com)
What worked for me finally was 2 tablespoons of Ex Virgin Oil a day, 2 tablespoons of linseed (whole not ground up) TWICE a day with lots of water (important) and when I combined this with a Couple of tablespoons of organic raw (green) pumpkin seeds (GROUND UP), once a day it worked a treat!
