New to all this... starting a parasite cleanse. What should I look for? How long?

I'm new to this site and have been doing a Bowel Cleanse for almost a month now. Having some fair results from that, but I know I need to keep at it for a while. But I started a parasite cleanse three days ago, and I'm wondering what I should see in my stool. I'm using the herbs suggested here (wormwood, Black-Walnut , and cloves) in a tincture 2 times a day. I've had a few "twinges", but no cramping or problems so far.

Today I passed a large BM with a bunch of little white "specks" in it. Could they be eggs by chance? Also, is it okay to do the parasite cleanse along with the P & B shakes? The bottle of parasite cleanse says I should do these for 10 days. Should I do it for longer than that? Thanks so much.
