any natural, safe parasite killers ?

Hi, does anybody have any suggestions for natural, safe parasite killers? I looked into paragone/stroy & Clarkia , but they have an alcohol tincture which I CANNOT take cuz I'm on methotrexate. Meth can't even mix with over the counter drugs, so the herbs/ methods must be safe for me. I've been eating raw pumpkin seeds, but am clueless as to a quanity for effectiveness. Any help is appreciated. thanks.
