Should I finish 1st round of Bowel Cleanse with Colosan?
Hi! Here's a bit of background first:
I'm doing Dr. Schulcz's #1 Intestinal Cleanse following the instructions a bit differently. I started about 3 weeks ago, gradually increasing the dosage by 1 cap a day (doing it more slowly than recommended...very sensitive insides!!) I'm taking 4 caps now w/evening meal and seeing results (i began seeing some right of the get-go). But the only time I go is in the morning, and sometimes that can be 2-4 times. Nothing yet during the day after meals, which he says should happen eventually, and to keep increasing the dosage until it does. I also started
Clarkia which was 2 weeks ago and up to 10 drops/3times a day. I have noticed "things coming out"....some look worm like ( one whopper was about 12
inches long, grossed me out but it was kinda exciting to know that it's out! lol) others are mucousy-brownish-jellyfish-like, and some look like thinkish beef tendion- consistancy things about 1/2
inch wide. (sorry so graphic!) Not real sure what any of this is. I've seen the pics of
parasites and candida. The candida I know I have. Haven't seen anything that resembles the white tissue like or sting like substances that I've read about. Nothing white except maybe some undigested cauliflower. Some of the tendion-grissily looking things look like fluke, but not sure.
The consistancy of the stools are mushy. Never formed, and never runny. Medium brown (almost a hint on the orange side..i eat about 5 baby carrots a day, that's it for the carbs.) Chicken, broc. cauliflower, eggs, asparagas, little parsley, EVOO, coconut oil, celtic
Sea Salt , lemon water, almond milk( just in the tea at times and the coffee) milk thistle, blackcurrant tea, and the nemesis...4-6
oz. coffee. That's my next challenge! Out w/ the coffee.
Anyway, the time is coming I guess (this is where I need advice) where I should take a break. But I continue to see things in the hopper and wonder if I should just keep going. Energy wise, some days are better than others. I'm on an extended leave of absence from work due to health, and have pushed "pause" on the rest of life for the time being. So I'm free to feel yucky if that's what it takes to clear this stuff out and be on my way to better health.
Should I continue with the Intestinal Formula at the slow pace, and maybe follow with Colosan to help breakdown whatever is still in there so it can be easily removed? Before starting the Intestinal formula I did try ES....too much bloating and discomfort. Wasn't able to release anything the next day without an enema. Wasn't a good experience. Would Colosan perhaps have the same effect?
I know this contains lots of issues, but any input on any of them is really appreciated!
Thanks!
Maggie
