Sounds like you have everything under control. THat is good.

As far as the cayenne, I find the powdered cayenne is so hard to dissolve, but the tincture is super easy. (It's just SUPER hot!)

One thing about drinking the B&P shakes---they will keep you feeling really full and you will need all of that you can get! HA
