Journy to the center of colon

Hi guys,
I am really researching the colon and our intestinal track.
I am now conveice that this is diffently my biggest culprit for me.
I know that to get to the next level of health the is an absolute must for me.

I have been reading Dr Schulze programs and today I am going over to Barnes and kobles to look at some books.

The hardest part will be changing the diet and I already am doing better then the past 39 yrs but have a very long way to go.
