As she is in South Africa, she will need to buy a convertor for the voltage. Do you think this would interfere with the devices in any way?!

One last question (hopefully)... I was just speaking to her sister and telling her the good news that HIV does not exist. Her question is this: if it doesn't (and she really wants to believe it doesn't) why then does my friend get things like herpes in the mouth, thrush etc which are (apparently) all symptomatic of HIV/AIDS all one after the other, whereas say I don't!?
