ELECTROMAGIC RIFE MACHINE - looking for updated manuel

I have a mid-80's rife machine called ELECTROMAGIC. It has no model number on it. I truly love the results I have gotten using this machine. I have a manuel dated 1995. Since my manuel is 10-years old, I am looking for an updated manuel with more categories such as but not limited to: Menopause, Hiccups, Dental, Chemo, Weight Management, Wrinkles, Dry Skin and Astrological. My manuel only has Capricorn Aquarius and Sagitarius. I have searched the web extensively with no luck. If anyone can help me or lead me in the right direction I would be very grateful.
