You definitely want to be taking the Bentonite clay during the bowel/colon cleanse, since it absorbs the toxins and helps to eliminate them faster.
I would suggest you start the FOS no more than two weeks into the cleanse, since you'll want to begin the rebuilding as soon as possible.
