I am a newcomer myself to the world of enemas, but there is one thing I would like to say, AVOID COFFEE!! not just in enemas but at all, the reason you awaken from using coffee is that it forces the liver to release glucose which is needed for other things, you get a temporary at the expensive of necessary bodily ressources.
