uterine tumor(fibroid)not responding to cleanses

I have been trying to shrink or dissolve a large(about 7.5 cm) fibroid with not much success so far. I started (about 2 months ago)with master cleanse for 8 days then 7 days juice fast and continued with the 100% raw food diet and a lot of fresh green juices. I have been doing also energy work as Reiki, Koundulini yoga, meditations, deep relaxation, affirmations etc. A week ago I had a ultrasound and was very discouraged to find out that the fibroid did not change in size at all. So I am trying to figure out what am I doing wrong. I did also a liver flush(passed several hundred stones), did Dr.Christofer's lowewr bowel balance formula and colonics,too. I am taking maca poweder (as an hormonal stabilizer).Any suggestions and comments are welcomed
