I did substitute Sea Salt for the Epson salt (as similar liver cleanse recipes suggested Sea Salt as a safer substitute to Epson). But otherwise followed exactly the "curezone" liver cleanse formula:

Ate nothing after 2 p.m.
At 6 pm took 3/4 cup distilled water with Sea Salt
At 8 pm took 3/4 cup distilled water with sea salt
At 10 pm took 1/2 cup olive oil mixed with 1/2 cup fresh grapefruit juice.

Next morning:
At 6 a.m. took 3/4 cup distilled water with sea salt
At 8 a.m. took 3/4 cup distilled water with sea salt.

Result -- nothing but constipation.
