I tried the "no-sugar" dogma diet and it did bad things to me mentally and physically - I learned that like everything else with diet, it's not the sugar/fat/protein/salt/oilcarbs,
it's the *type* of sugar/fat/protein/salt/oil/carbs.
Sure refined Sugar is bad, but honey is awesome, and molasses is awesome. The brain works on glucose and amino acids. Natural sugars are ok to me for a quick boost and mental clarity!
How's the whey going? I am doing great on it - mix whey with orange juice and molasses for a great boost. Vitamin C supercharges amino drinks.
