Re: IF you insist

Hey, I went off dairy years ago and have been glad ever since! I admit I do eat it occasionally, a little cheese or icecream but that's only several times a year.
BUT I consider MICROWAVED food to be WORSE! I won't even touch microwaved water. If I eat at a restaurant I ask how the different dishes are cooked, hopefully avoiding microwaved most of the time.
For example if you ordered a hot sandwich, at one place they might grill or toast it, at another place they might microwave it. I have to ask, otherwise I could easily be eating microwaved UNfood.
I can see you know that but... it is #1 on my toxins list.

Of course, if you eat a microwave TV dinner or something, you figure people know its pretty bad for them. But when I see things like chopped broccoli that you can "microwave in the bag" - people probably think they are eating healthy food! When it is microwaved food that has become an unfood, soaked in plastic toxins! Aaaargh! So sad.

Ok, finished my little microwave rant. :-)
