A new level of conciousness?

Ok, so im watching this old world war 2 movie, "The Longest Day," and all of a sudden I start noticing I am seeing color in a black and white movie. I ask my friends around me if they can see the warm reddish tint in a mans coat, or the calm sky blue. I then wonder, could the different color spectrums I receive from sun gazing be giving me the ability to place color in a dull dark scene. And they are beautiful light colors; I was shocked to witness myself enter another level of awareness. Great things are still to come. I am very excited. Still...anyone know any good techniques? Ill just continue what im doing.
