some pressure in my throat and persistent dry coughing... can this be cancer...?!!!?? please help :(

i've had nagging cough for weeks and it's not going away no matter what i do... i tried 3 day juice fast and also took tons of echinacea plus and super tonic... nothing's helping :((

i have also had this weird pressure on my throat for the past couple of months... or even longer.. it's not always present, but lately i feel it more... it doesn't bother me so much when i eat, but it bothers me more when i'm moving or looking up.. sometimes it can make me feel very sick.... i was looking up "nagging cough" on curezone.com today, and read that nagging cough coupled with pressure on the chest or throat could mean that i have cancer.......... (GULP)...

i was wondering where i should go to get tested for cancer... what sort of cancer am i in danger of having with these symptoms? i don't have insurance (unlucky me) -- in any case, i will be trying to heal myself using alternative methods if i'm found to have cancer... but for diagnosis i would need a traditional doctor -- right? would any regular intern do? shoudl i ask for a general check up?... ? i've been thoroughly sick for the past several months, and even had my Amalgams replaced about 4 weeks ago..... i'm still tired and sick and just so tired of being sick ... :(((((( would greatly appreciate any suggestions...
