I do fine with dropping drops of 2 percent hydrogen peroxide into one of my ears.Lay down on the other side so that the solution goes into the ear. Wait until bubling stops than drain the solution by placing a cotton ped on the ear and turn the other side. Wait until all solution drained out. Do the same for the other ear.
