Re: What does stomach/cancer feel like?

For colon cancer, some signs are:

1) Blood in stool or in toilet bowel after a movement
2) Feeling need to have a movement but unable to go much
3) Cramping in the lower abdomon
4) long thin stool or odd shapped (on the sides)

I am not so well versed on stomach cancer but I guess that ulcers or ulcer-like symptome, indigestion, etc.
