I think that after a cleanse what you would want to do to keep the energy would be to stay away from the junky kinds of food (like Sugar and fatty fried stuff) I think a cleanse every 3 months should be a norm though. I just did a cleanse and I did not do the enema and I did get around 30 stones out so far. I also did a light cleanse about 3weeks ago and didn't really pay any attention to if there were any stones at all, ,I did not do an enema then either.
