Preparing for Root Canal removal

Hi,

Okay, I'm getting ready for my RC removal (and a bit nervous I must say).

Two questions:

1. Should I try to sneak in a liver cleanse about two weeks before the procedure?

2. I bought some pau d'arco and astragalus to take before and after the procedure. When should I start these?
