Thanks for the advice. I have been drinking plenty of fluids, taking detox baths, using foot pads, castor oil packs, extra Superfood, Vitamin C, etc. You name it, I am trying it.

I am obviously having a severe cleansing crisis and will try anything to help myself through this awful phase. I am even taking a tablespoon of Bentonite to help pull the toxins out of my system.

This is one STRONG cleanse, that is for sure! I will keep you posted if I see anything worse (critter wise) and/or if I suddenly start feeling like Superman. I am definitely ready for that, for sure. Tweet
