Hi,
I was wondering if the enemas that come in the bottles at CvS are effective? I bought one before and never used it. It has its own solution in it. What do you think? Should i dump the solution out and fill it with saltwater, or something else? Also, what store can i purchase what i need for an enema, if the bottled one isn't sufficient? Thanks so much for your help again...
