Your post made me so sad. I am sooooo sorry you can't find any help. That's why I don't bother with them anymore. I gave up when I realized I had candida ( about 5 or 6 years ago ). Doctors are useless and just drain your pocket book. I am making some progress lately, but still struggling very much with my leaky gut. I will include you in my prayers ( goodness, my prayer book is getting BIG these days! ) :-)
