I have always ignored the no-fruit advice. To me it just doesn't seem to make since to eliminate the healthiest foods in the world from your diet. I've always looked at going after candida by getting my body to an alkaline state. Fruits are helpful in this. Also fruits are very detoxifying. I also experience die-off despite regular fruit-eating. Of course if fruit caused a bad reaction or seemed to make things worse I probably would discontinue it. I generally eat granny smith apples, berries of all kinds, peaches, plums, ornages, grapefruit and grapes.
