Re: Candida or Something, Experienced posters, Please review my symptoms

Like others said, get a blood test done. A comprehensive blood test, with bilirubin levels. Your "yellow eyes" might be from high bilirubin levels.

Look into:
Gilbert's Syndrome, Jaundice, Biliary Cirrhosis, Hyperbilirubinemia, Cholestasis

"Gilbert's syndrome:
Red blood cells last about 120 days, then burst and release a pigment called bilirubin into the bloodstream. The liver picks it up, converts it to bile and it flushes it from your body. The liver of some people cannot convert bilirubin into a form that is easily removed, so bilirubin rises to higher-than-normal levels. Gilbert’s Syndrome is a common, often inherited disorder that affects processing by the liver of the greenish-brown pigments in bile (called bilirubin). The resulting abnormal increase of bilirubin in the bloodstream can lead to yellowing of the skin (jaundice) but the liver itself remains normal. [Gilbert's Syndrome is a group of symptoms caused by a dysfunction in the liver regarding the processing of bile into the bloodstream and the breakdown of toxins. The body needs to work extra hard to ensure that the liver deals with bilirubin and extra toxins] It is more common in men than women and is named after a French gastroenterologist. Many people with GS find that vigorous exercise brings on fatigue. However exercise should not be avoided but regulated in order to get in control of GS and then manage the symptoms. It depends on what exercise a person is used to and their metabolism. A persons diet just after exercise is important e.g. eating bananas or high carb food can compensate for the liver not breaking food down quickly enough and can replace energy fast! This can be a useful preventative/coping strategy particularly for people who are usually active but experiencing fatigue. Regulated exercise can be a first step in beginning to deal with GS symptoms. The use of Milk Thistle can enable Gilbert's Syndrome sufferers to get in control of their symptoms by becoming active and then sustaining exercise. This is due to the ability of milk thistle to help cleanse the liver and alleviate fatigue. Milk thistle extract can be particularly useful in helping to cleanse the liver. This relieves pressure on the liver (caused by "everyday" toxins) and can therefore help to reduce fatigue. Many of the resulting symptoms of our liver’s reduced ability to do the cleaning it’s designed to – jaundice, nausea, fatigue, shakiness, bowel complaints, vomiting, ‘brain-fog’ or difficulty concentrating, are experienced in varying degrees by those with Gilbert’s Syndrome."

Regardless, Liver Flushing would be a good idea to rid your liver and gallbladder of stones.
