" I'm a believer in Apple Cider Vinegar. But it's always been very difficult for me to stomach. I just HATE the flavor...even when mixing it with honey....I can still barely get it down. But I finally found the answer to neutralizing its horrible flavor: Cinnamon! A half a teaspoon (or more) of fresh ground cinnamon does wonders! It amazingly covers up that awful smell and taste. Plus cinnamon is healthy for you as well. It's all good."
