Re: bipolar....?
Hi,
I just ran accross your post on bipolar and ADHD. I just recently started researching a healthier way to live, and came accross a book by Dr. Robert O. Young, called the pH miracle. Have you heard of it? It has a lot of information reguarding candida, blood health and pH, as well as the kind of diet that will help to sustain a proper blood pH and keep the candida and other microforms at the proper levels (they should be there after all, just should not over grow). Much of what he writes there seems to imply that an unbalance body pH level could be responsible for the very symptoms you described. My brother has ADHD, and I'm hoping to get him to try this out soon. I have also tried their product, super greens and prime pH drops. Super greens is a combination of 49 different grasses and leaves in a concentrated dehidrated powder that you add to water. I found in the first week that my eczema began to clear up, and my recovery from working out and running was dramatically improved. I used to only be able to run two or three times a week, or else pain would build up in my shins, thighs and buttock, especially shin splints. But in the first week with this stuff, I was able to run 8 out of 9 days no problems, and probably could have run all of them, if I had not been busy. I covered 27 miles, rather than my usual 9. I feel great. I really think its good stuff, so I even signed up to be a distributer so I could get it at whole sale rather than retail. I have a company web site if you want to check out info on the products and such http://innerlightinc.iact1.com/mikelarsen. Or else, I definitely recomend the book, it also has about 150 recipies in the back for some great health foods (Dr. Youngs wife is a chef). If you aren't interested, sorry to have taken up your time, but if you are and have any questions, please don't hessitate to ask. If you look at some of the testamonials (and I've spoken to some other people directly who have been on the program longer than I) I think you'll find that it could be very useful for you. Take care, and best of luck in all you do. Good health, Mike
