Day 3 or 4 will be better, day 7&8 maybe a little rough and than you should feel great again The high is worth it. The energy is worth it. Keep pushing on ahead you can do it. Drink twelve the first few days, if you need to it's okay. Than when your not feeling the hunger you can go down as low as 6 a day, but no lower six is necessary for nourishment! Best to You
