The first couple of days you may feel like sleeping alot because of the caffene withdrawls.
I started my cleanse on a Friday nite for that reason.
It would be good if you could cut back in the days before starting a cleanse. It would make it easier on you.
I always try to switch over to black tea when getting off of coffee. It has caffene in it but its alot less nasty than coffee caffene. It works for me as a nice stepping stone and I can successfully get off it.
The problem is not starting again at a later time.
Its just like you've read on this forum - The important part is in not dumping the junk back in after you've completed a cleanse.
