Hi, I agree that diet does not work all the time, specially those fasting and water or juice diet to lose weight. I don't have faith on those types of diet as it makes us (u have also said) physically and mentally weak. I instead prefer a balanced diet for weight loss which should be easy to follow. I am following it for last couple of months and have successfully lost more than 10 kgs already.
