Detox problem? Phlegm, burning smell, POTs

Hi folks,

I have a complex issue.

A while back i stopped a parasite cleanse because i suddenly become worse while doing it, I did not recover..

There is obviously a deeper underlying problem here that I'm not addressing. My intuition makes me think my body isn't detoxing itself properly, i feel awful.

Since i stopped the cleanse I have been grossing up clear/yellow/green phlegm stuff. I have also been smelling "burning" through my nose for a good few weeks now.

Its like my immune system is constantly fighting something off.. My noise/sinus is producing weird smelling snot, similar to a cheese smell.

I also seem to get serious POTs when i get up and walk around.
I do eat a pretty good diet. Here is some more info of what happened to me this morning.

*sudden need to run to toilet for a poop similar
*the stool can be slushy but not watery like diarhea is, its orange
*i get a lot of colon discomfort before and during pooping, like something is trapped, gas included
*while i am sat on the toilet i tend to sweat a lot and feel sick but nothing ever comes out of my mouth
*the sweat and puke feeling makes me think the body struggles to detox itself, i have to cool myself
*the stool is very foul smelling, like something has "died", i dont see any clear parasites in it
*i notice other symptoms just prior to when i need to pass the stool, a heads up

I'm feeling a lot of my problems are colon related.
