Flukes in my uterus

I have had intense pains for years when i get my period. I assumed i had endometriosis. I decided one day that the next clot i passed i would wash it off. Much to my suprise my clot was nothing of the sort. It was no doublt a creature that was just covered and stained with blood so at quick glance I assumed it was a clot. I had another, cleaned that one too and again a creature. Pretty large as well. I believe I have uterine flukes. When i get my period i believe it disturbs their environment and kills some. Im guessing the pain is them fighting back and trying to survive. Anyone familiar with uterine flukes? How can I naturally kill them? I have flukes elsewhere so am familiar but the idea of flukes in my uterus is still fairly new. Any insight would be appreciated.
