I don't know how to address your concerns. I'm not aware of Iodine increasing the number of moles or freckles one has, so if someone has this information I hope they will respond.

What I noticed as I read your two posts, though, is that Iodine is never meant to scare a person so badly. If you have too many things to balance, lighten your load. Living in fear will never help your health.
