Your post caught my eye because your number is very close to mine. I am fasting as well. I'm on day 3 now and I plan to go for a good long time, but goal 1 is 10 days and I'm not going to beat myself up if I really want to stop after that. I'm here with you through the process. You can do this cleanse. I have never myself done the MC, but I have done some water fasts, and let me tell you, they are so helpful in detoxing the body and healing. I didn't break my prior fasts in the best of ways and I believe now that that is key. If you break your fast in a munching frenzie (like I did), all the weight and more comes back, and your health goes back to the way it was before you started the cleanse. I know that many people have changed their lives by using these cleanses to help them transition into healthier lifestyles.
