My hair and chin beard had dandruff and crusts for having seborrhoeic dermatitis i think.Once i started vichy anti-dandruff shampoo included selenium sulfide which kill yeasts, hair dandruff totally gone and chin beard area get clearly better.Maybe yeasts and fungals proliferated in lips too.Maybe sun is healing my lips due to sun is killing yeasts and fungis.I must do required tests for that possibility.
