Re: SSKI question regarding magnets and other stuff!
merry christmas, netherlander.
most of the issues you bring up involve halogen imbalance, sodium/potassium imbalances, and salt /mineral deficiencies.
halogen imbalance is from a term coined by vulcanel - halogen imbalance syndrome. the focus here is on the type of halogen be it fluoride or bromide or chloride or iodide. fluoride and bromide will out-compete with iodide, resulting in
Iodine deficiency and fluoride and bromide toxicity. the solution to this problem is plenty of
Iodine supplementation and avoidance of fluorine and bromine. this is of general concern in the west and particularly in the USA where insurance companies and social justice warriors codify their ignorance into the rules we live by.
sodium/potassium imbalances are based mainly on chlorides. the problem here is disinformation causing people to avoid salt for health reasons. hospitals are filled with those who have followed those low salt instructions.
mineral deficiencies are mainly about depleted soils and growing food commercially for a profit. the bible warns against eating food sacrificed to idols. believe what you want but mammon is alive and well in the hearts and minds of those who run this world. when all of your decisions are based upon your bottom line and keeping as much of that as possible into the forseable future... well, health consequences are the last thing on nestle's or unilever's mind.
as for the sinus pressure, many have reported that and i had it, too, especially when i took too much iodine. not sure what is exactly causing it but my impression at the time was it was bromine.
magnets are a separate topic. mainly, they effect everything, including (maybe i should say especially) the water. whatever the case, it makes all iodine/iodide more biologically active and available. they work. they are cheap. they are easy. they are DIY. i go by that.
you dont appear to be in any danger of taking too much iodine, if thats what youre worried about.
