Far from it!! I would never have thought of this exactly - I did however wonder about health but

I want to add that I think that the tree lights represent Christmas, the difficulty I have of extricating myself from a situation before then if that makes sense.

Beyond the lights I remember seeing a nice green area with trees.. maybe there is light at the end of a very dark tunnel.

I do pay attention to dreams that are so lucid and immediately prior to waking in the morning (if that makes sense). Really stay with me for days, weeks.
