I thought excersizing was fun while MCing. I had more energy, and had more fun running and even weight lifting was fine. I just use whatever energy I have at the time, and it works out fine. Aerobics are great because you feel really light. Probably you are not going to win any competitions, but I found it to be all right, and had a hard time working out with food in my stomach after that.
